we got some exciting activities for the Youth at Region 2!
Our Quiz Bowl and Horse Judging events are currently tentative
based on the volunteer man power it takes to hold these events.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with these two
activities. Please volunteer your time so that these 2 awesome
events are not dropped. Please contact Sherry Clemens if you

Region 2 Horse Judging and Horse
Bowl contests are tentatively scheduled for Saturday Sept. 28. These activities are just another way that Region 2
is enhancing YOUR Experience with the American Quarter Horse. The
Horse Judging and Horse Bowl Contests are designed to let EVERYONE
get in on the Quarter Horse activities ~ without even having to own
a horse. The Youth Region 2 Championship show classes provide an
opportunity for youth to have a championship experience with their
horse. We aim to have something for everyone!
QUIZ BOWL CONTEST
OBJECTIVE:
The quiz bowls are to stimulate learning and reward youth
for the knowledge they have gained from studying resource
materials on the American Quarter Horse and the American Quarter
Horse Association.

HORSE JUDGING CONTEST
Each contestant must not have passed his or
her 19th birthday on January 1 of the current year and must
reside within Region 2. All contestants compete as individuals
at this contest (no teams).
