PRE SHOW VOLUNTEERS NEEDED –

Volunteers needed to help with stall charts, tagging stalls & RV
Spaces ( 4 -6 hours )

volunteers needed to hang up AQHA Corporate Sponsor banners & Region
2 banners
in Bray arena
and coliseum arena and other sponsor signs in barns ( 3-4 hours )
• 4
volunteers to unpack and sort awards ( 8 hours)
• 1
volunteer to help Barbara with trade show vendors & identifying
spaces ( 6 hours )
• 1
volunteer to pick up shrubbery, flowers for trail course at nursery
• 1
volunteer to pick up judges at the airport, transport to hotel &
take to dinner
• 1
volunteer ( Runner ) for miscellaneous supplies, food for
volunteers, etc ( 8 hours )
